Data Protection - Credit Search Clause - Credit Account Customers

Würth UK Ltd. or its subsidiaries or agent may make a search with a credit reference agency on both your company and in respect of its principle directors. A record of such a search may be retained and the information contained within it may be shared with other businesses as is necessary for the performance of this contract. By entering into this agreement you are providing your consent to such information being retained and processed in such a manner.
