On the 1st August 2009 Würth UK Ltd. and Winzer Würth Ltd. merged into one single company called Würth UK Ltd.

Würth are convinced that this merger is an investment for the future. This is targeted at generating an increased market presence and visibility, from greater numbers of customer contacts through a multi-channel approach.
Over the forthcoming months all operations will transfer to our head office in Erith, Kent. This will be completed in stages, with a priority on ensuring that high levels of customer service are maintained.
